Billing & cancellation: Paid plans include a 7-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you are not charged. Billing runs through Paddle, our merchant of record. Cancel anytime from Billing. It takes effect at the end of the current period, no refunds after payment.
Security: Your workspace's data is isolated from every other company on Trenston. Google and accounting connections use OAuth (or, for SAP Business One, credentials you control). Trenston never stores your passwords.
Setup time: No implementation team or onboarding call required. Create a workspace, connect Google or an accounting system (or skip it and enter data by hand), and Trenston starts building your first Briefing right away.
Integrations: Google (Gmail & Calendar) is on every plan, including Free. Starter adds QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP Business One. Growth and Business also add HubSpot and Slack alerts. Manual entry stays available everywhere.
